you CAN get each setup on excellent on race practice, there is a trick when you send them out immediately bring them back in, you'll still get feedback although the round technically isnt finished. pause the game, adjust the setup, send them out again, immediately bring them back in again and gauge the changes usually the time is enough that you can get them out like 3-4 times with the final out being a flying round, watch the rough laptime necessary, add like 10 seconds to it and you are good....if there is only like 1 seconds left on the timer and you car crosses start/finish it will start a flying round and lets you finish it also it maximises the time the driver is on the road, thus building track chemistry this "sendout-bring in" is somewhat unrealistic though, not sure if you wanna do it...feels a little bit like cheating however, you can easily achieve 98%-100% comfort level for each driver that way note that both drivers will roughly end up with the same setup, but not quite exact, due to different skills also I suggest taking a screenshot of said setup PLUS (important!) name it to the track, INCLUDING the letter...Like Ardennes A or D...they sometimes change to next season as each track has multiple layouts hf fun playing the game! PS: still wanna see you playing rimworld again :P

Hi slack. I guess that persons over age 34 get worse. At least the driver. Don't know if it's the same with crew-members :) If you don't know already. Build illegal parts 3 or 4 races befor the end of season. But don't mount them. The performance will stay, but the "illegal sign" will disappear. :) Hope I could help;) Keep up the good work:)

you do know you getting the tires mixed up - you called the tires different names when you did pit stops - also the faster tires are the red one so why use the slower tires and slow your cars down?

you called soft ties (yellow ones) super soft (red ones) at least once in the recording and the red ones are a few seconds a lap quicker that why all the other teams were using them. Great video BTW and look forward to more videos ~ did not know you a Quill18 fan ~ he sometimes pops into the twitch stream that I help mod and he a great person to talk to ~ also him mum/mum in law (Eva) and wife come in chat more because my streamer is from Eva group that she formed.

You have to weigh them against your car. You cant just put on the red ones when they are forcing you in into a 3-4 pitstop strat, due to poor car and poor drivers. At this stage you want as few pitstops as possible but when you look at the individual tooltips for each driver you will notice that often there are quite some differences in the estimated mileage. Often the supersoft cuts the maximum possible rounds vs. the soft ones into half. In this case the red ones are useless unless you can start from first row and immediately build a lead that mitigates that additional stop. Remember, the car isnt great, neither are the drivers. This wont happen in european series anywas, as IIRC this series doesnt have qualifying. Plus, there is alot more than this involved too. For example fuel load. The benefit of the red ones is negated if you dont have a sophisticated fuel load strat. But this is also a general thing ... dont just "fuel up" as the added weight you are carrying around will not only cost you laptime (its even displayed in the fuel-window), it will also help you wear down parts/tires.

NoSlack true. It's possible to save a bit and can always improve the offer if it's not excepted first time round up to 3 or 4 tries depends on the candidate. They vary. Keeping cost down is pretty important. A good tip is putting the season target higher than what's realistic and offer a lot as they'll go for it and won't cost you as you won't reach the target of 6th or higher
