Great info Pat! The camera on the clutch lever really made a difference! Hoping some day I can attend a class of yours.

Excellent instruction and video quality as always, Pat! Thank you. I've been lurking and only commented a time or two but finally this weekend found an old 2002 Gasgas 300 trials Pro for a great price... so I hope to be taking a desk closer to the front of the classroom! Thanks again! Bill from Northern Colorado

Great info, I'm probably doing as you say and not fully releasing the lever (habits from years of racing 2 stroke GP bikes). More of the clutch lever camera angle in your other tutorials will be appreciated. Cheers, Eric.

These tutorials are really helpful. I got a question about foot positiong. Which part of your foot do you keep on the pegs? How do you get the best feel for the rear brake? Is It just practice or any tips for that?

Hello 1kg, A couple days ago I watched a few videos by Jitsie, Jan Peters, I will put the link, he has several basic trials tips he talked about foot location and the reason. kzbin.info/www/bejne/imKxXn1um7ycedk

That gap at the end.. 👌🤩

do you rev then close the throttle then pop the clutch? or pop while reving?

Do you do anything to the levers to have more consistency between your trials and enduro bikes?
@PatSmage3 жыл бұрын
I just try to have the engagement pretty close on both but that’s about it. Everything else is just different between the bikes.

That gap at the end is huge, It steps up too, from a standstill. If I tried to pop that gap id pop out a hip 😂

For us non native English speakers. What exactly is mean with "rev-out". What is the sequence of the 'rev-out'? Does it refer to Reving the engine while the clutch is pulled in, then letting go the throttle and then popping the clutch (or is Pat on the throttle when he is popping the clutch and then he lets go of the throttle)? Any one care to comment.
