Under the seat square black box is controller its the device which totally controlling speed of the ebike and other electrical devices

I have one of their cycles (smart plus) purchased in 2021. I needed to change the battery in 2024. The price of a smart plus battery is 5000 more than standard battery with same capacity. And the standard battery will not show any display if plugged in smart plus cycle. So, beware before purchasing a smart plus cycle/ebike. Smart facilities would incur high maintenance cost in future.

The front suspension isn't so good.. but the back suspension is very comfortable.. except a few hiccups that were sorted by home visits. Lock jam and rear view mirror not going in.All is good till date. Horn is pretty low. Rest all good.

I'm a bit confused.. is it the controller or converter.. because in my hero electric optima hx. I have both.. this looks like the power supply as seen in the PC . .. where power is distributed to various parts with variable voltage ⚡

There are two main devices in electric bike/cycle one is controller where the battery/hub motor/throttle etc are connected which is directly connected to motor. other is the small device which converts the high DC like 40v/60v/72v etc to 12v for supplying power to headlight/horn/tail lamp etc.

can you check whether there is a controller below the battery part or near the pedal or anywhere hidden. other wise the small unit which you show in the video is both the controller and converter. @@MohitManuja
