That 3A charger will take forever to charge that pack. Assuming the cells are each capable of a 1C charge rate, then the combined pack can be charged at 10 C. 10C equates to a charge rate of 20 amps. If you use a proper 20 Amps charger with Constant Charging and Constant Voltave you can charge that battery pack for 2½ hours top,

You can re-purpose DJI AGROS 30 Drone to carry 1 person since it's muxmum take off is 78Kg with power consumption of 6200w and it can hover 10 - 15 minutes with 51v 18000Ah battery. You can improve it by making biger battery and changing to biger motors since the factory motors has Max power consumption of 8300w
