Looks awesome man! It costs $1,300 for Dodge’s “blacktop” package just to get blacked out wheels/emblems from the factory. Instead, I spent $21 for three cans of plasti-dip and got the same look on my 2021 Charger. Very pleased with the results.

@abdoukane3836 no sir. I plasti dipped my chrome wheels 1.5 years ago, and wand wash/foam brush scrub them every week, on top of that they've dealt with 1 canadian winter, not one bit of peel. You could definitely start peeling a bit off with close up high pressure, or if you physically scraped it with intentions to remove the dip, but nah brother it'll hold up well past it's money's worth. When it goes bad, just touch up or clean off and redo.

I did it and it turned out pretty good! You're so right, it seems counterintuitive but you do want your over sprayed area to be a little wider so you can grab it with two hands. That way it's easier to peel off.
