Hello Kirsty, it took me weeks to see consistent weight loss when I started semiglutide. I'm not sure what is your weekly dose of the medication, but I can see from the title of your video that the strength of your medication is the same as mine. Keep up the good work!

Hello thank you for your comment! Absolutely! I’m in this for the long haul. It’s actually quite interesting seeing how weight fluctuates throughout the month. Having pcos it may give me an insight into when my period may arrive if I’m experiencing a stall!

Hello thank you for your comment! Absolutely agree! I’ll be making a mounjaro must haves video and electrolytes are #1 and protein is #2. Honestly think that electrolytes have been keeping any side effects at bay.
