Hello, how do you loosen the tension gas?? I loosened the spring by rotating to the minus sign all the way but the arm joint is still INCREDIBLY tight. Thank you.

We're sorry the mount is giving you problems! Has it already been installed to the wall, and is the tray with laptop in place? If not, try making sure all of this is done first before adjusting the tension. The arm can be very difficult to move before mounting to the wall due to the awkward angle of movement.

Can Vivo please make one of these for the V001G in real time instead of just the animation? It would be very helpful, especially one with the adapter for curved monitors like the T55 27" Samsung.

This will depend on your height and how it will be used. If it will be adjusted between sitting and standing positions, the drilling location on the wall for the bottom mounting hole should be about level with your hand while sitting in a chair with your elbow at 90 degrees. This will place the lowered position of the laptop a little above the 90 degree position of your arms while sitting and at a usable height when moved up for standing. If you will only be standing while using it, mark the drilling location for the top hole at a height level with your hand while standing and with your elbow at 90 degrees. This will put the laptop at a comfortable typing height in the lowered position and a good viewing height in the raised position.
