Steve, just so you know, in the hiking community you are considered a “trail angel” and the gifts of food and warmth are called “trail magic”. They have to work VERY hard at coming across as energetic and outgoing in their videos but that's not how they are naturally. @10:00 Hi Steve, burritos are also my favorite camp food. Depending on your supplies you can make them very simple or make them complex to where your friends would think you've opened a Mexican food restaurant. I know your channel isn't 'Cooking with Steve' and you've said many times there maybe better ways to cook things but you cook them 'your way'. I just wanted to pass along some tips to really step up your burritos and they are very easy and don't all much work. First, that taco seasoning you threw onto the ground beef. Tear open the top like you did but then add water directly into the seasoning packet so that it's full. Now mix that up in the packet and then dump it on to the beef. Second, lets talk about the burrito warps and what goes in them and when. I add some water directly to both sides of the tortilla before placing it on the grill (my grill is the top of my dutch oven when I'm car camping). Now place it over low/med heat and let 1 side steam, after some time you should see the tortilla puffing up and when that happens flip it. Now the top side should be golden brown, add cheese to the hot tortilla giving it a chance to melt. (For a more advanced technique, I cut up jalapenos in thin wheels. When I flip my tortilla I lay down a light sprinkle of cheese and a few peppers so that they will bake onto the outside of my burritos. It's really very good.) Finally, I wanted to talk to you about how to fold a burrito. It starts with a warm tortilla, if its cold or burnt it will tear and start dripping all over you. Same can be said for lose warps. To avoid handing your friend burritos that will leak like a sagging diaper, load the fillings down towards you on the burrito (the bottom third) don't load them in the center. Now you just fold the ends up and roll the fillings to the other end BUT keep pressure on the roll. Once the burrito is rolled leave it on the grill for another 15-30 seconds, this will help bake it and then it holds it's shape much better. Just don't burn it and that's why we do it over low heat. I hope this helps you or anyone else that loves reading the camping food comments. I for one try to always read comments like mine so I can become a better camp cook. Thanks for the videos and can't wait to see what wacky idea you come up with for the next video, till then keep cooking and maybe I'll see you at my next camp :)

Hi Steve, this post with Loui and Foresty is excellent for all of the right reasons, these two other cool people are on my regular watch list every week or two. You have risen to a new level on the grill or BBQ and cooked up a storm for 3, I even got hungry watching which was an experience for me ! The scene around the fire was great and I had strange feeling that I was about to hear the words Hi Steve come from the darkness with Crazy Neighbour making a cameo appearance.
