I have watched a few videos on this subject and you are the only one who knows how to teach pronounciation...you are the only one that mentions that brain to tongue/brain to lips connections need to be modified

For the exercise in 7:30, whenever I try to move the back of tongue down, the tip of tongue goes up and leaves the lower teeth. I have been practicing this for 1 week and try to keep the tip of tongue touching the lower teeth and make it stay there, but I can’t help but moving the tip of tongue go up. Is there any way to fix my problem? Or maybe some people are just too clumsy with their tongue and it can not be fixed? Thanks a lot.

Hi Luke, Moving the back of your tongue down is one of the hardest exercises. Hold the tip of your tongue with your finger so it doesn't pull back. You want the front to be strong enough to push against your teeth, while moving the back of your tongue down. Do 5 BIG yawns in the morning and evening with your tongue touching your front teeth. That's the same movement you want to achieve. Make sure to use a mirror, so your brain can find that part of your muscle. Glad you found the exercise. Thanks for you comment. Cheers, Donna
