Kim your cutting board is moving when you cut, a little tip a damp paper towel or even a damp kitchen towel underneath your cutting board will stop your cutting board from moving. Your scaring me, lol And yes I did graduate from culinary school.

I think this new format works for you during pregnancy and postpartum. Instead of filming it all in 1 day, you film a little bit everyday makes it easier. I love it!!

Hi Kim as I was making my corned beef from St pattys day lol I added the spice packet and than your voice says go ahead add the spices you like next thing I know in goes onion powder garlic powder beef bouillon. More garlic lol ! Oh my gosh everyone loved it. Best dinner so far . Thanks.

I'm about 90% vegan. I don't deliberately eat meat or dairy but don't run from a slice of bread made with honey or faint if a Christmas cookie is made with butter BUT I can absolutely state that your pork roast made me drool. I wouldn't eat it but wow it looked good.

Good job,Kim you're a professional tendon puller on those tenderloins. Love you girl. My sister has ADHD and gets distracted sometimes and once as she was baking a box brownie mix she noticed that the batter was literally boiling in the oven. Turns out that had doubled the amount of oil on the directions. Needless to say they were definitely super moist.LOL.

Your meals always look delicious and doable and well rounded. I’m inspired to do some enchiladas. Craving is for classic spag and homemade meatballs but busy weekend so no cheffing until I’m done dealing with my clothing come to Jesus job. My mom jsed to call cleaning out your closet “junk on a bunk”. Anyways not a huge red meat person here but you did good on the meat recipes. Cutting against the grain makes the meat less chewy but you prob know this already. A good stir fry is a good meal to feed the masses. You are doing so well cooking when struggling with nausea etc. I like the dress you have on in this too. Looks super cute and comfy.

When you scoop the meat put your hand over it to keep it from jumping out of the scoop. Rapidly squeeze the handle of the scoop 4 or 5 times and you will have perfectly rounded balls and no mess. This also works with hushpuppys and cookies. Please try it. You will thank me...
