add a little white vinegar to the rice before it cooks, and that also helps the shelf life! you can add it after its cooked, but then the vinegar is a bit stronger IMO.

First of all I love Kim. The reason a Philly cheesesteak in Philly doesn’t taste right to most people is because they get used to eating ones that are pale imitations. I’m 82 yrs old. Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. The original cheesesteaks start with the best bread sliced open. Then a layer of white American cheese laid in the dry roll. Then the thinly sliced and grilled beef laid in on top of the cheese. Then a layer of grilled onions on top of the meat. Then as much tomato sauce or none. No Whiz, no peppers, no ketchup ever. If you want the original way of making a Philly hoagie, let me know. 🤣😂

Cook everything in one pot at the same time, how to round your own chicken and just keep adding things in and have it blend itself so you don't have to use your hands. Ok, this was bugging me, so I looked it up on America's Test Kitchen. It looks like a cookie sheet doesn't have rims on all four sides, only one or two sides. And if it has rims all the way around, it is a "sheet pan" or "baking sheet."
