Sorry again.* If you are experiencing issues with Move to iOS app, please try to turn on Airplane mode, then just enable WiFi on Android phone to see if that helps. And be sure that both phones are on the same WiFi network. Try to disable "Auto switch to mobile data" option in WiFi>WiFi Preferences. Please leave a comment if it worked or not working. Thanks

Yesterday I set up itunes & copied over all my music from android - setting actual music on external hard drive to laptop (its permanantly there). I need to have music readable on iphone (when it arrives) to play anywhere not just with my home wifi? Can you help please. I am in UK

@James’ss If your music library is on your computer, you can sync them within iTunes(windows), or Finder (Mac). Other way, use third party app to organise your music library.

HELP!!! The move to iOS app wifi doesn’t show up on my mother’s new iPhone for me to connect it, but for some reason it shows up on her old android. They said in order to transfer her data from the android to the iPhone, they both have to be connected to the same wifi, but the wifi isn’t showing in her wifi settings for me to connect to it on her new iPhone. @@PRIMA01 when you get the code on the iphone, it will make its own wifi connection. Connect the android to the iphone's wifi. And the password is the name of the connection. Exact same. That's a solution I've seen
