Good points ; 2 of these can be done differently: - No need to stay at home only. Go out, date yourself. Strong women do that. Also no need to invite people into your personal home space. Don't give out your personal home address to others. You'll can meet somewhere outside to talk. - You don't need to be boring. Have a fun life of adventure or traveling alone with no need to post your pictures on social nedia.

The moment I began to create boundaries and remaining private I felt as sense of freedom. The moment I decided to not give a damn about others and to mind my own business, I felt happier. The process was a bit hard because I always had attachment issues. I always needed attention, or people around me to be happy. I have learned to be content with myself and my life. It’s me myself and God ❤️😌🙏🏾

Thank you so so much for this Ma’am . I like being a quiet person but the kind of business I do expects me to always dress and look good that will call people’s attention and the will turn to ask if I can make same dresses for them. Also , my business page is on Facebook and I need to post more for orders to come in. And most of the dresses I have to wear them

You are doing a good job. I struggle with that too being a business owner and being a quiet person can be hard. I will do a video on doing business as an introvert. I am one too. Keep sharing. That's the only way out sis

Hi from Ireland. ❤ your channel, you're giving us way more amazing advice than we deserve! It's true, we live in such a shouty, me me me era. Privacy is power. I remember when I told everyone I got a scholarship to go to grad school, it went terribly wrong, and I had to drop out. When I eventually returned years later, I told nobody, and stayed off all social media, and I finally got my PhD! ❤

Dr C! Screaming and shouting congratulations to you over here. Sadly a lot of people around us hate to see us grow and that is based on the limits they have in their own lives. I am glad you figured it out and went for it anyway. We often know what is best for us and really don't need others approvals to pursue that gut feeling. They don't have to like it or understand it. We are entitled to our own journey. So proud of you! Congratulations again!!

@@zariayong ahhh thanks Zaria, lovely lady you. Yup, yup, and it was a hard lesson to learn (bitter pill of experience to swallow!) but I find it helpful to keep a few closest people in on my life's goals, joys and struggles - husband, supervisors, therapist, an aunt. The rest needs to always stay private...your words are worth their weight in gold, may you and your channel grow and prosper! 🪄🧿🪔🪔🪔🪔🪔🪔🪔 Kay x

I needed this video in my life. I’ve been very open about my Marriage relationship to my best friends and coworkers so I consider good friends… I tell them almost my whole life from financial issues to relationship problems to sex.. I have gotten out of hand thinking I can trust the whole world. I feel like a terrible person for putting my business out there when no one even asked. I can only imagine what my husband would say if he found out. I’ve noticed my husband is more of a “no friend” type of guy.. he alejas said “I like to spend time with family and not friends because I don’t want my name in no one’s mouth” I always thought well that’s boring not to hang out with friends now I know what he meant. I feel horrible. Specially when alcohol is involved I tend to talk more of my private life than usual. I want to change for the better. I want to have a private marriage because my husband deserves respect. My family deserves respect. I need to zip up my mouth. I don’t know how to set boundaries or build walls and know when enough is enough!

Wow this is a lot. You have realized what you are doing wrong and that is a great step. Moving on if prompted to respond just say 'everything is going well, but thanks for asking". Trust they stop asking when you have no juice for them. Thanks for watching liz

I searched “how to stop talking” and your the only one who actually told me how to stop. All the other videos are about why we shouldn’t I need to know how to stop bz people directly ask me about my business. So ima start being boring as hell. Ima start telling people about how I started gardening and go 1000% into details about my gardening projects. Thanks
