The sweet sound of fiddle and violin tones are shared in this special episode with Colin MacLeod of www.celticfiddleguru.com from Scotland. Colin has been accompanying the Movement Made Easy sessions for over a year, and his understanding of how the tones, keys, and pulling of the notes support well-being have grown with experience with our movement patterns.
In this special garden series we were working to support how the body moves and is strengthened with spiral action, whole body movement, and the activation of the dimensions of movement (back, center and front). Our explorations included awareness of quality function, and the lack of connection in the tissue to gain strength and flexibility for those big garden adventures.
As we explored empowering our bodies, and envisioned our goals for the cultivation of our plants, flowers, and vegetables, we were harmonized with movement and music.
If this all sounds intriguing and you would like to be empowered in the garden as well, please send a message so you can gain access to the recordings and explore the power of movement and music too.
Each session was sponsored by www.capebretontea.ca and we explored the power of the herbs in the teas chosen for this series. It is a great asset to know and to feel the power of the plants, especially when you will be supporting their growth in the coming months. Consider how you can have iced tea, lemonade tea with no sugar, and tea switchel to keep you hydrated this summer.
From the www.greenwellcenter.com, we are thrilled to bring you neuroart programs to inspire you and your creative power. We look forward to seeing you at a class, workshop, or retreat soon.
