Thank you so much for the professional and honest information. I’ve had this over 20 years now and get very upset with people who try make money off those suffering with this terrible condition . They know how desperate we are and claim they can cure it; it is not curable, even surgery is not a permanent fix, but does tend to go into periods of remission, sometimes years ,for some people. And there are things to do to help cope with it, as you are showing. Good diet and exercise will improve your quality of life pretty much no matter what your condition but they or some dental treatment will not untangle the knot of nerve and blood vessels in my brain causing mine, surgery isn’t even an option for me. Not all TN patients have this but be careful not to be taken advantage of. God be with all of us as we go through this.

I have had TN since 2008...Thru fasting, prayer and research, i have discovered this inflammation is caused by emf from cell ohones, towers, smart meters and routers. I wrap my head in aluminum foil and wear a hat and have been almost completely pain free for more than 1 year. Study electromagneticfields, emf and emf protections

I’ve suffered with Trigeminal Neuralgia for 12 years. I’ve had times of remittance but this year it has been relentless. I’m sure I’m like other sufferers will try anything. Two weeks ago I had Cosmetic Botox to cheeks and temples, the release has been absolutely amazing. I know it’s not permanent but the feeling of relief is tangible.

Thought I would share my technique w others. Trigem start 4 years ago. Relentless for 12-18 months. Triggered most of the time from lip and gums above canine teeth. Tried capsaicin on gauze for 3-4 weeks. Worked = Remission for 6 months but came back w a vengeance and capsaicin seemed to no longer work. One day used tube of oragel to numb lip and gums to get through conference call and it worked. Used it all week. On Saturday didn't apply and noticed it did not fire/trigger hardly at all. Used for a few more weeks and into remission it went. Once a year I get a flare up and I start numbing it at first opportunity and it generally goes away before the pain gets too bad. I use CVS brand oral relief PASTE version now. Shoot a glob between lip and gum and leave it (even sleep with some in). It is a God Send! Trigem is like a feed back loop. The more it triggers, the easier it triggers, the less it triggers the less it tries. Good luck to all of you suffering, you can beat it!

Hello from Hamilton, Canada. Thank you very much for a detailed video. Yes the exercises shown by you are all very good and I have been doing this ever since i had multiple strokes in 2016. Soon after I atarted having TN and had no clue how to handle it as it was very painful. Wish I had come across this video earlier. The most painful part is when the pain travels to the gum line and near the ear. I leraned to press on the nerve gently and do my breathing and gentle release exercises. I havent had it now for a few yrs now.. Fot those of you who have it my sympathies go out to you. Believeme if u figure out what works for you it will be the best as each of us are different.

My pain is specifically in my teeth. I've thought it might be from my neck being out of place. These exercises just might help. I know the Deep Breathing Meditation does!

Taking b12 vitamin supplements helps. It helps the Milan sheeth that covers and protects the nerve B12 deficiency is pretty common. B12 is a water soluble vitamin so your body won’t store it. Not sure the foods that it’s high in but b12 has helped

I have Atypical TN. Constant pain, numbness, eye pain, burning sensation. I also have "typical TN breakthrough electric zap pain". No clear compression. Neuro thinks mine stems from having Bells Palsy years ago where the nerves didn't heal properly. Also have some facial twitching/spasms at times

Taking b12 vitamin supplements helps. It helps the Milan sheeth that covers and protects the nerve B12 deficiency is pretty common. B12 is a water soluble vitamin so your body won’t store it. Not sure the foods that it’s high in but b12 has helped When she talks about fascia it reminds me of a doc I follow unrelated since dealing with the trigeminal neuralgia. His KZbin is stopchasingpain He talks and demonstrates getting the lymphatic system moving because it doesn’t have its own pump like the heart pumps the blood… he is so very knowledgeable about everything related to it. Ex. The fascia. So I’m thinking that using his techniques may help too. Definitely worth a try. I would have tried his techniques when dealing with it if b12 didn’t give me relief of the pain. It’s not always easy to do but we need to find the root cause of why we have it. And there are so many routes and variables. It’s not always the spot that is giving us the pain. It can be a pinched nerve elsewhere as an example. So getting all the fluids moving in order to loosen pressure hopefully in that spot being the cause. One thing he always says is that all of these different things in our body work as a whole not separately so if one part isn’t working properly it can affect other parts from working properly too.
