yes any posture connections. from feet to sholders, my neck head jaw don't feel strained, lots of "nerves pain" from brain trauma, shingles and life.

Wow! What a fantastic video! Thank you so much for this brilliant information. My hypermobility and flat feet over rules my life, I'm trying to body build but it's very difficult with all the different syndromes that spiral off from it, cheers man!
