If I go out for a stroll, is there a way to tell whether I'm being racist? People of Colour are not excluded from the streets, so if I walk on a street I'm not racist. They're definitely excluded from rural hikes, so if I'm going on a rural hike I'll take one with me to avoid becoming racist. But are they excluded from city parks? I see them there all the time but I have no idea whether they are included in sufficient numbers proportionate to their population. Unless the World Economic Forum can give a heuristic which aspiring anti-racists can use to determine when they need to take a POC with them, we will simply have to avoid city parks.
