This scene is so beautiful! I get chills everytime Auto Rock plays in this scene, and I love their goodbye, Crockett really cared about Isabella and she did care about him even though they are on different law sides. Miami Vice is my favourite movie for sure, I can watch this movie again and again, Michael Mann is one special director!

They had so much chemistry. I love Colin Farrell always, and he brings so much sizzle to any love scene, but she sold their romance so much. Their first time together when she literally cried, I just lose my breath.

I'm beginning to wonder how sincere was Sonny in his love for Isabella? He said he would fund her if she left the business during the late night walk scene, but he knew he could not do this at all. So was he just setting her up for arrest or as an informant on Montoya's operation?

I think he was straddling the line with those comments. I took it as even though he was under and in character, he wanted to run away and start a life with her. Leave the cop life, her leave her situation. But I see your point. I think they also probably could have charged her but her got her out.
