Thinking 2 non-related people look like is the biggest sign. A normal brain sees a face and thinks "This is a unique face, I will store it in my memory for later", but people with poor facial recognition see a face and immediately think "THIS LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE ELSE, AND I NEED TO SAY IT OUT LOUD". They literally can't help themselves. @Hexon668 ай бұрын
It's about the type of comedy, I think though. Bob was being kind talking about "modulation". (For some it'd probably have to be a modulation *from* zero!). You could kind of see there were people in his mind who couldn't do it, but he didn't want to name names. I think a few would come to our minds easily as well. It'd be great if they could, but the less disciplined, less 'committed', as they mentioned, would likely struggle.

There's not many actors that can pull off the self important antagonist quite as well as Michael McKean.....even when a character really isn't. Chuck McGill was perfect character for him because Chuck, in essence, wasn't really a bad guy. If anything, he was more the victim to Jimmy and Kim's antics and vendetta. Chuck was a brilliant lawyer with some severe psychological issues; a thing of pity ordinarily but McKean layered that character so deeply, culminating the bad and good, the tone deaf, the innocent, the pompousness and a very manipulating man, all in one. He built Chuck McGill so solidly that, you just couldn't refuse to see Jimmy's perspective, feel sorry for him and even root for him to finally win one over on Chuck.
@olgayakovyuk4269Ай бұрын
Your comment is very interesting. Michael McKean built Chuck McGill so solidly.. Absolutely agree with you. I admire how McKean plays Chuck. (The thing that I can't leave without comment is the word "psychological". That was not Chuck's psychological issue, but it was clearly a psychiatric illness. Chuck was a possessor of such a powerful intellect that he didn't need psychologist's gab. But he did need medical help - treatment from a doctor-psychiatrist.)
