Moving a kitchen sink and plumbing for a kitchen sink. I needed to move my kitchen sink to a new position so that I can strip out our extension that will eventually be our utility/larder room.
I have already install the waste pipe in my last episode • How to use a diamond c... and now it's time to move and install the sink in it's new position.

Good show as always. Tip on shortening those white plastic waste pipes is to run them over with sandpaper or a fine file after cutting, cause rough edges will catch some of that nasty stuff and eventually could cause a stoppage.

Yeah I did sand it down a bit and get the worst off. But was rushing to get it filmed and finished and need to change it when the real sink and units go in there.

My sinks been moved over slightly & there’s a waste pipe frm the sink behind going frm the old outlet that takes water outside. I can’t even push my washer all the way back because the pipe runs behind it . It is lazy plumbing ? I’m thinking could he drill a hole & put the pipe on the outside of the house ?

I'm not an expert but I wouldn't say it was lazy plumbing. I wouldn't want to drill a hole through the wall if a waste outlet was already there to use. Sink plumbing is usually hard to work on in such a tight place.

Very informative. I would have used 1" packers on that temporary frame rather than making more work for myself.

This sink is just temporary until I've built the kitchen. That sink will go back where it was and a new sink and waste will be put in a totally different place.
