Wow, I didn’t know that Toby Keith has passed away. Wow, very sad. Makes me get tears.😢 I’m from Michigan and I don’t listen to the news much. I spent a lot of my time on my iPad. I’ve been having some medical issues and haven’t been getting out much. I’ve always loved to sing songs and wow.

DeeJay said in her last video that it's time to ween Bri. Lester has an old goat with the same issues as Isaac. He was doing the same thing going down to his knees & they put him on CBD. What a huge difference it's made in him. My husband is going through chemo for colon cancer right now & we get up and go to the gym every day. He doesn't do cross fit, but we spend an hour and a half most every morning. His oncologist has said that that is the reason that he's made it through 6 treatments so far with very little side effects. He hasn't had any issues with nausea or weight loss. Now, he has had sensitivity to cold & gets mouth sores but he has done amazing through all of this. We credit it to the fact that he is out there every day working at it. If he wasn't healthy going into this he never would've tolerated it so well. He has 6 more treatments to go & hopefully it goes as well as the first 6.

Several years ago, there was a conservation scientist that did a study on coyotes. He said that in a precise area where there was a single pack, that the alpha female literally controled the coyote population for that pack and surrounding area. If too many, she would not mate. If the pack was small, then she would mate until the pack reached the limit. He said this was an instinctual practice. He had observed 4 different packs during his study. Don't know how this can help, but is an interesting research study.

Have you tried animal CBD? Lester over at LHL uses it for his old goat and it works for him. It might take the swelling down in his knees so he can walk better, take the pain away and the wear on his hooves might improve. He just puts the CBD oil on a treat every morning. Just a suggestion.

I just love this channel, I’m a 41 dad of 5 from Ireland. We live in a city but it’s a small town in US terms. Daniel you and deejay make me smile. People ask me if I win the lotto what would I do? My answer is move to America and buy a homestead but your video today has inspired me to go to the gym. I’m massively overweight so I will do my best but the journey starts (again ) here

If you want to lose weight. Start by walking it's the best exercise you can do. Start small and work your way up to 4 miles a day. 2 in the morning and 2 at night I'm 76 and I was walking 3 to 4 miles every morning. I Need to keep walking I park way out in the parking lots when I go grocery shopping then walk into stores walk extra isles in store. get yourself a fit bit it helps keep track of steps. Good luck I've lost 25 still need to lose more. God Bless I hope you lose the weight you'll feel so much better. But most importantly be arounf to watch you kids grow up and be there for your wife and family. No beef or dairy eat salads with fruit in them and seafood.and lots of vegetables. 😂 I grow my own in my garden

I got a dog in August and he gets me out and walking. I live in an apartment so we have a large back yard and a large front parking lot. I have cut way back in my portions of food not snacking as much and I have lost 49#. The struggle is real. Good luck to everyone on this journey. God bless you all. Thank you Daniel and DeeJay for the gym motivation.

In a neon light right above the front desk in my cross fit gym it says”do hard things” and it rings in my head when I see a work out that I know is going to really challenge me(burpees) lol. It really makes you realize what you capable of. And at work when something is hard I have a little more confidence to take it on. I was looking for a gym to go to and I found it perfectly placed on my way home so no excuses! I’ve lost 35#’s and gained some muscle. I made it a priority since September to improve my health and cross fit has made that fun and challenging

As far as heartrate and workouts go, you should always get a full physical with your doctor before starting any new strenuous activity that is out of your typical abilities. Discuss getting an EKG to check your heart and blood work as well. Once you have a complete work up and the doctor clears you then start slow and work your way up. Bear is such a sweet dog. His big ole doggy smile makes my day.

Something I have noticed this winter about animals when it is cold is their level of aggressiveness. I had my bunnies outside on the porch and as each day got colder they got more aggressive with each other. They are same gender-siblings. I brought them inside my house as I had planned to do. Immediately, they started to be calmer and way less aggressive with each other. Food was never the problem as they are always well-fed with hay 24/7 included. I thought about your beloved RJ passing during a really cold spell. The donkey might have gotten extra-aggressive during the cold. Just a thought. Not that you could bring them in the house like my bunnies :-). The cold sometimes seems to bring out the worst in animals.

Copper almost 1 - Daniel's face almost 1. The old man doesn't realize he will feel a bit better. I wonder if you put old hay or chips down to cover some of the mud. Omg, that is the best with them in a row. They look like chives. Other than pecking. Charlie is an awesome sweet bird for his size. Heck yes - Daniel that be sweet to use the older traps. Hello from Grand Rapids Michigan. I want to thank you for your talk at the end of your video. I've been sick with covid since before Christmas. I already have some health issues I've been dealing with. This has been one of the worst illnesses I've ever had. I have become so weak that I have trouble standing without falling let alone walking. My husband and I just had our 37th anniversary on February 2nd. Ground Hogs Day. We have 5 children, 37, 35, 25,23 and 21. 4 still live with us. Which I love. My oldest son and his wife are expecting their 2nd baby any day now! I have been so disheartened about my being so weak. I am going to take your challenge! Thank you for that! I'm going to challenge my husband and the 4 kids( I know they are adults but they are still my kids). Hopefully we can help hold each other accountable. Thank you again. God bless you and your family.

That was such a great reminder about exercise. I was diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer in my 30’s and had aggressive chemo, radiation and many surgeries. My oncologist said the one thing I could do that may help protect my body and keep cancer at bay is to exercise daily. I’m now a 16 year survivor and exercise daily. It’s not hard exercise, but I’m on the treadmill every morning at 5am before I get kids ready for school, for 45 minutes- or one episode of Grey’s Anatomy or Blue Bloods, and weights 3-4 days a week. Everyone can walk rain or shine. Do it for your mental and physical health!

You are so right Daniel. Try to push yourself even if it’s just a little bit every day. 🥰

Put the lid on the bucket and shake the trap hard and it will cover it easier.

I saw your video on another channel the other day. Where you was burning your field and that person or thing ran across your land. The traps looks great. Your great grandpa would have a big smile knowing Houston is using them.

I really liked what you said in the final minutes of your video. I like how you said it. I felt your words and feel that I have to start making a difference in me. I turned 62 today and I want to be here for a few more decades. Thank you Daniel.
