Just have to jump on to say I didn't think you were going to add the footage, and then when you did I laughed out loud, scaring my husband over our early morning coffee! 😂 I loved how the drone paused a minute as tho it was like, "Should I try this? Screw it! I'm takin' on this tree!" Thank you/your editor (Ken?) For leaving it in!

My favorite time of the day. I don’t even have a garden. I live in an apartment complex and don’t really have space for plants but every day I get so excited to watch your videos. It’s so inspiring and I love watching not only how your garden has evolved over time but I love watching your family interactions and how much the kids love being outside in the garden. Such a beautiful family!

Who else loved riding the drone into the tree??? 🤣🤣 Hilarious for us, not so much for poor Aaron! I’m sure he has a spare, or else there’s another one on the way as we speak!! Was he trying to operate the drone as well as drive the tractor???? 😳🤔🙈

Ok you guys crack me up. When the drone hit the tree it was pretty funny 🤣. But as usual you took it in stride and moved on. I do love the humor as it really lightens up our world. Love all the gardening and all that you teach us. Keep it up as it means so much. I always have my cup of coffee in the morning and watch your videos. YES!!!!! Now I am impatient to see the garden reimagined. As if she doesn’t have enough other things going on to keep me engaged. Ha! I live on a little lot and when we moved in there were no trees. Last year we added a mini orchard in the front with 6 blueberries, 2 pears, and a peach. Then in back I planted a dogwood, a forest pansy, 3 serviceberries, and a fringe tree. Impatiently waiting for them to grow!! It gets me so excited to see when Laura picks and plants more trees!

I’ve been sick and just discovered your channel so I’ve been popping around watching new and old videos. Getting inspired. Already bought the peony holder thingy to put on my 3 bushes. Which by the way one is new and still needs to get planted. The other two i put in last year as root bulbs and they never got past a few leaves. Left them alone all winter but with our first heavy rain here in Central Valley California a bunch of weeds and other things came up. Pretty things! my glorious freesia! I decided to keep watering the peony I tHought as good as dead. And he’s coming up!! Just goes to show we just never know what will live. Gods creation is pretty amazing. 🙂my dead rose bush may be making a comeback too. Not sure but there are what looks like baby rose leaves sprouting. Removing the fence in front of that back garden is a great idea. I also love your idea of putting large trees there. One possibility for that space is what I call a woodland strolling garden with almost a secret garden feel. The archway could be an entrance to a fairly narrow walking path that curves in and out around trees, shrubs, and flowers in a generally circular path that would come back around to the arch entrance. Botanical gardens often use this technique of a winding path to showcase a wide variety of plants in a small area, (sometimes for the kids’ area) strategically blocking sight lines to create a sense of discovery around each bend. I can just imagine strolling through the garden with kids or plant-loving friends, checking out each plant’s progress in a more up-close-and-personal way than a large-scale landscape offers.

@@lisbetsoda4874, addressing the driveway confusion is aimed at anyone who is not familiar with their property, this could be anyone from future guests to delivery people. As far as not sharing their property with, "their loyal followers", they do that almost, if not, every day of the week through their videos. They've addressed the topic several times on highlight videos about doing guided tours or renting out their space for weddings because they are private people and have the safety and well-being of their children to worry about. All things considered, especially with the world we live in, I don't blame them at all. Laura and Aaron are very busy creating awesome content for us to enjoy, the least we can do is let them have their precious few moments to relax with their family.

@@devildog1912 who the heck is devildog? Sounds suspicious. They don't need to share since we viewers/followers have enabled them to make a very comfortable living off their hobby and long-term investment. Personally, I feel there could be a better balance between protecting their privacy and giving tours now and then. It seems so beautiful for people who don't entertain much to keep all that beauty to themselves. But I am sure they have their reasons. Just hard for an outsider to understand.

Fun video. The pots are going to be beautiful. Can't wait to see the tree planting videos.

Samantha looked even prettier than the flowers. You got a lot planted and it looks beautiful. Glad you mentioned the trees, I almost forgot about them and big things are the most interest to me. I've got a couple new trees on the boulevard to take care this year, my hackberry and my neighbors maple. Neighbor isn't into plants and gave me permission to tend it since she didn't plan to.

I love all the projects to look forward to. Isn't it funny how people's taste makes a big difference in their garden? I never have cared for the droopy pines. I think they look like they need watering. lol, I love the different textures of the pines, but they have to be standing proud for me. I wish I had 1% of your concrete pots and urns! Beautiful. Be safe, stay well.

Just my 2 cents on the the triangle island is remove all the box woods and extend the front curve of the original triangle towards the fence and towards the new fence less flower beds that way you can keep the fountain arbor and plum right where they are and have a nice framed in huge flower bed with a pathway through it already it will marry two into and match the rest of the garden.

At the dentist today to get a filling and they asked if I wanted to watch something while I waited for the novocaine to take hold, I said Garden Answer! My dentist isn’t a gardener (I may have to rethink the questions I ask doctors 😂), but she does appreciate a home grown tomato. I watched this episode (well part of it) and enjoyed it-other than the drone flying into the mulberry.

The planters by the dahlias would look nice flanking the entrance to the new curved entrance. Excited for all the daily progress and the clematis' look amazing!!👍😊💚🌷🌷🌺🌸
