We gonna be neighbor soon if it's the condo that I believe it is. Amazing condo with nice gym, restaurant, ATM, convenience store, and great view on the higher floors. You got an amazing deal. Most are 35k-40k ish / month for 2BR.

Waterford Diamond despite bein an old condo but it indeed located in a good location, you wouldnt find a big room like that in a updated new condo in that area, only old condo still offer good size affordable room, its walking distrance to Prompong or Thonglor (If u like to walk) but if you get the room toward Sukhumvit then its very noisy and dusty, most of the unit in that building are pretty old and hard to rent out cause the owner way too stingy to renovate and waiting for desperate new commer farrang to rent it, ur room is fully renovate the whole things look very fresh plus it faceing to a bit of backside though it low floor neigbor building can look at u and you cant see river blend from ur window still good though.

It's simpler than you think.... he isn't near the BTS or the MRT. Average price for a condo, 1-bedroom, is around 25k to 35k baht if it's next to the stations in central bangkok... worth it for me since I am not trying to risk my life out on these streets haha

In Bangkok, if you want the common areas of a luxury condo There are many facilities such as a rooftop swimming pool, sauna, fitness room, onsen room, games room, music room, VIP room or many other luxuries and is the name of the Luxury condo in the heart of the city Had to exchange for a more expensive and smaller room. But if you want a large room and not expensive You must choose a 3/4 star condo. But the central facilities are luxurious. must be reduced accordingly

Yeah I didn’t want a brand-new, shiny condo of all the facilities but at the cost of having a small room so instead I chose a slightly older condo but with a big space inside my room plus this room is renovated so it looks great anyway
