Such good timing. I’ve been faithfully serving the worship team at my local church every Sunday for the past 2 years while maintaining a full time job & completing my MBA. God has told me to step back because I’m running on E, however, the church praises type A people pleasers who end up in burnout. This video helped me so much with locating where I’m at & how to move forward.

Like what ?!! Yesterday I prayed to God for answers about the vision of books he gave me 2019. one month ago I started the process because I thought it’s time now, I have to fulfill Gods vision. But I just couldn't get any further in the process. Yesterday I told God I’ll give back complete crontrol and I apologized for just doing it my way without even asking how He wants it. So thanks to this podcast , God was able to tell me what he wants from me right now ! Back to the basics > bible atudy, devotion so that I’ll be prepared for more weight 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 thank you guys so much !!!

Thank for this. As a mom of two neurodivergent boys, this message was refreshing. Too often, I am being told be a super mom (do more, support more). I will still take care of my children, husband, full time job etc BUT I will take time to rest.

Oh my God!!!!!! You have no idea what a huge answer this video has been for me! Just yesterday I was talking to my ministry leader about a difficult and grueling season of my last six months and how I felt God was calling me to take a step back from many things, including several ministries. It seems illogical to many, but I understand that obedience is more important than sacrifice, because continuing to do so negatively impacts my relationship with the Lord. Praise God and thank you Holy Spirit for putting desire and action, topics and words into the hearts of your people, your ministers, at the most amazing time for those who needed to hear it so badly! I am so grateful and feel like I sat there with you 🥹... I am overwhelmed with emotion... Thank you!

Y’all… God’s timing on this conversation. Could not have been better. But that’s how God works, right?! I’m a single mom of three, working 4 jobs and barely making ends meet. My car and another thing broke down this week. $2k in repairs - and I ain’t got it. I told my best friend and my mentor both that I was considering quitting everything, and drawing unemployment for a little while, just to be able to get some rest. But, of course, that’s not the answer. He will provide and will see me through this struggle too. I got my tank re-filled a little with this conversation and the conversations with my two friends. God IS on the move in my and my kids’ lives. But I can’t go into the next season looking like the same woman.

I’m eight minutes in and I’m already crying. It’s one in the morning this started AUTOPLAYING after a video about cane toads cause my dog had a late night encounter. I’m twenty minutes into furiously wiping her mouth out in the bathroom and suddenly my uncles are talking to me about the thing I had a full scale breakdown about eight hours earlier. I’m talking crying that turns into groaning, eyes swollen, and nose so filled with snot it gave me a migraine kind of breakdown. Best part: while I could stay up and watch this I don’t have to. My puppy is okay. I can go to sleep and rest before I get this cut out in the morning. Thank you God and thank you for Uncle Preston and Uncle Timmy ♥️

I felt this message to my core! I'm parked & have been for the past like 80 days & it's honestly probably the hardest thing I've had to do - I've had to face so many fears and insecurities it's actually crazy so what he mentioned about jazz music lifted me up bc even tho I've been parked I don't think I've been still. I've still been trying to read as many books, gym all the time etc. so I'm going to this time around be still (whilst listening to some jazz to bring some nothingness to my mind)

It’s not more godly to put on more weight… it doesn’t make you more righteous to carry what He didn’t ask you to carry ‘POW’! exhaustion can be a direct consequence of disobedience 😮sit down and be still (get in the presence of God)- sat down and be still, yep, sat down - oooo you two are such a powerful team for the kingdom 🙌🏾🙏🏾
