Nice blast from a more-innocent past! I took my ex- to Texas do Brazil just once before she left me. I loved it. (We used it a lot at my old employer for celebrations and such.) She hated it. Said the portions were too skimpy and the "seconds" ordering was too much of a hassle. Merry Christmas!

Congrats guys. Super happy for you both :) You're not cheesy at all! As far as Steven King goes, the only one I've read so far is The Stand. I'm weird about books ...I have a few, and generally like to read but am not exactly a speed reader (I'm the type of person that takes an hour-and-a-half to watch 60 minutes LOL). Eggs..yes I like them cooked well too. The dish looked yummy ..I'd just have to pass on the cheese LOL. SO cute you got a cake for Luna! Wishing you guys nothing but the best!!

Ive never read a Steven King book but he is well known for his works. I did see a TV make of one of his works when I was a kid..Cujo-- it was fairly creepy and scary in a not cool way. . Congrats on taking the next step in life by moving in together, long distance relationships are super difficult. I've been to that same Texas de Brazil in Dallas too back in 2006, I think. Not sure why your channel came up as recommended a day or 2 ago but I am enjoying it...perhaps because I used to fly a lot.

I know, the long distance thing well, I met my husband in the Canary Islands 23 years ago, I was 19 years old. I’m originally from the north West of England and hubby is from East London. I’m moved to London when I was 21 and I’ve been now been down here 21 years, two house, two dogs and two boys later and life couldn’t be more perfect xx

So how was The Institute? My cousin bugs me to read a King book...he'd be fine with anything horror or The Dark Tower, since the only King book I've read is 11/22/63, which I enjoyed, but it's definitely not horror...every time I see him. The gifts and the cake are a little cheesy, but in a super sweet, loving way, and I'm into it. And then Eric swoops in for the cheesy and adorable cheek kiss while you're vlogging. Ugh, you guys are so cute!!! Really would love to go to a place like Texas de Brazil, there was one in Santa Monica some years back...don't know if it's still there...and I always wanted to go, but I could never afford it :'( I love that Luna actually waited until you guys were done singing to devour her cake.

Julia, congratulations. From experience I can tell you living. Together is WAYY better than living separately. We moved in together one year after meeting and married 4 years after, totalling 11 years together. We just purchased our new house this year and still going strong!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

Yes I can tell u living together is up and down, hey there are some days we can't stand each other, and each of us have our own nuances and irritations eg stealing the blanket at night, snoring, TV, etc but despite that, love conquers all and we are so comfortable with each other you won't believe. Once you pass that phase, it's smooth sailing I can tell u. We love each other a lot!! 😀 😀

@@snap0179 I am a very passionate person in general, when I love something I LOVE it and put my heart and soul into it. Aviation/travel became something I was passionate about very quickly after gymnastics because traveling helped me heal/cope from losing gymnastics. I would say too that I've found it possible to be passionate about multiple different things so one shouldn't limit themselves just because it isn't similar to what you've done previously. Thanks for your comments! :)

I’m 24 and Eric is 25. Lots of face time, trust, & communication! It’s not easy, long distance really took a toll on our relationship and this job is still really hard on us sometimes. But we miss each other while I’m gone and really appreciate our time together when I’m home. As you gain seniority you can also have more flexibility with your schedule as well! Good luck in training!
