I LOVED this video, Alyssa! Thank you so much for the beautifully shot and beautifully edited scenes at Zion Natty Park, which is my favorite place in the world. The first day you did Emerald Pools Trail, which I think is just as beautiful as Angel's Landing, without having to hold onto any chains and hang off of cliffs haha. The second day, it looked like you did the river walk at Temple of Sinawava? Right? Right up to the mouth of The Narrows. :) I miss this place so much. Can't wait to go back. Thanks again for sharing your experience at Zion.

Great video. You mentioned maybe going from van life to a small SUV and small trailer. We are retired and have a very turn key upgraded Nomad 18’ bumper pull that we’re going to list soon. We’re in located Yuma Arizona. In the past 3 yrs we had a new rubber roof and new roof sheathing installed. New awning. New (3 yrs ago) tires. Solar with charge controller. Pair of golf cart 6volt deep cell batteries (4 months old). Two yrs ago had both axles complete with springs & brakes installed. New electrical control panel/charger. New fridge (3 yrs old). All new mini blinds. New roof vents with max airs. All LED lights inside & out. Electric hitch jack. Rear view monitor that goes with it. Also has a 24” wall mounted TV. Anyway if this is something you’re considering then you’d be hard pressed to find a better updated cared for unit. Hope you have a great trip.

If you go with the rv trailer pull behind with a suv/truck route; i would recomend the smaller units from outdoors rv or artic fox. I would also suggest the toy hauler trailer version from this two cousin company if you desire to have a mini-porch to seat and view your surroundings on the trailer's tail gate with out steeping outside on a dirt and will be good for pets to sunbath without taking a bath on a desert dust...lol. My wife and i along with our 3 four legged companions has been fulltime rvr's for atleast 5 years (and counting) with our Outdoors RV travel trailer and it held up pretty well. We boondock 95% in the desert most of the year. Happy trails!

RV trailers are the way. I can't imagine doing a van. I need a real bathroom with a toilet and shower. Having lived in my RV trailer for extended periods a few times, I've learned a few things. I've learned not to drive at night. It's just more dangerous when your pulling a trailer. If you encounter a storm or a closed road, trying to pull off or turn around is difficult at best. On top of that, trying to set up in the dark is a real pain. You can't really see what's around you, if the spot your in will be safe in a flood or even leveling the trailer can be a problem. If your going to stay in a truck stop, those are full when it gets dark. Most professional truck drivers don't want to be in the road at night either so they take those spots. Etc. Hope you feel better soon. Good luck with getting an RV trailer, prices are coming way down and the market is flooding so it's really a good time to get in one.

Best care gift bag ever! I love chamoy! We have it in Ohio too lol Cucumber, lemon juice with any or all of your ingredients is bomb!🤤 I'm so happy to see you getting in family time! By circumstance, I am as well. I was in a car accident 3 weeks ago. It wasn't my fault, and I sustained the worst injury. Sore, bruised up arm but it should heal just fine. Soooo being that my car was home, work, livelihood I'm in a big transition rn😏😊 I am so thankful my sister has opened her home to me! I've had a rental car and start a full time, clock in gig again this week lol Haven't done that in 2 years!😫😂 Waiting on all the insurance biz to process and go from there🤷🏽♀️😊 I definitely had a different plan for Winter but the powers that be have redirected my journey. So, as always I will ride the wave!😂 Vitamin C, sunshine, water, and hot tea w/lemon and honey! (Add a shot of whiskey if you're not driving😉!) Get well soon! Happy safe travels love!❤✨

@jerroddooley3742 жыл бұрын
@@maryjogreen1706 the only con I can say was having to make more grocery trips because of the small fridge and freezer but I bought a small deep freezer and solved that problem. And depending on where you live, you might have to change out your A/C every 3 or 4 years. I have two units on my RV and I just buy new ones every 3 years. I'm in Texas, so my A/C doesn't shut off from may-october, and that wears them out. But they're easy to change out although they run about $800 each now. The last time I changed them, they were $550 each and that was spring of 2019. But this new set should last me until I transition to vanlife
