I ran an Allis Chambers tractor just like your neighbors when I worked for Sid Vistal near Verona. You need a battery powered impact to remove and install those chisel extensions faster and to save you wrist from tendinitis like I have

Jeff, good call with the impact for the chisel shanks. I hope the Easter Bunny drops one off. -M.

You sure do an amazing job with that unridger riding behind your tractor Matthew! Must be nice having a fine ridger like that when it doubles as an unridger and a deditcher too! Empty space Matthew while an adequate location to store a pump drive unit may also be the gateway to the final frontier! Speaking of front, I just came in from shoveling about 7 - 8 inches of snow off the frontier stairway here. Stay Safe. Stay Healthy. Happy Ground prep. Hope you and your family may enjoy a fine Easter Meal. -Bob...

How do they plant the rice from air where the power lines are. Isn’t it a bit dangerous?
@ThatPhilBurgGuy4 жыл бұрын
They usually fly under them, theres plenty of room underneath. They are very very skilled and have been flying those planes probably before they had license to drive a car.

Hey Matt, I like hearing the "jargon" of farming, and maybe you could go into that a bit, for instance you talked about a field as a "check". I would also like to see a map/drawing of your fields, and their proximity to each other and where you live, where "Pops" lives, etc. No addresses or personal info, just general areas so we can get an idea of a complete daily cycle during field prep. Thanks.

Adi Irawan Rusdi, Matthew has told us he can only plant rice once a year. The remainder of the year is too cold to attempt another rice (or any other) crop.
