That's great advice for media connections. But when real life activities and reminders are present every time you go out, I guess the only choice is to move to another town and not hang out with your dearest friends. Most of whom were part of "out life". Hell even my house has living evidence of all the remodelling handiwork he did here. In other words, basically get rid of your life to get rid of reminders.
