Apartment living is not for everyone once u consider the common cons like noise, neighbors, safety in her case etc. not to mention I have only met one person that stayed at an apartment for 3+ years, apartment living is good for people who intend on moving every 1-2 years. She seems to want stability and something to call her own and raise her kids in. The housing market is in fact trash rn but if you have good credit which I assume she does I’m sure that price will go significantly down especially if she is planning on paying it down in cash.

I love house 3, it’s spacious yet close, the details are feminine, homie, and manageable and for a good price. Plus like Carmen said its the details, I love those office doors and kitchen.
