In this tutorial I must follow the same steps if I want to send my printer by agency to another city with an 8-hour trip. In the initial part of the video it says that after placing the head on the left side, disconnect the cables but it does not say if I turn the printer off or turn it on. As it is a long trip, the ink will not spill, or will something happen with the cartridges?

The instructions for finding the model and serial number can be found here: support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03770424 - May I know to which device you have connected your printer? (For ex: Desktop, notebook, iPhone, iPad, android phone etc? - If connected to computer may I know the operating system installed on it? - Are you receiving any error message? - May I know whether the wireless light on your printer is blinking or steady?

I bought this printer after 5 months of using it I faced a problem is the air inside thubes and it damaged my printer, they gave me a replacement a new priner but I dont know how do I avoid air in the tubes? It's shame that hp doesn't have any system cleaning executive to get of air bubble inside the tubes like canon printers

i think that might cause ink leak. if the liquid reach electronics it might brick the whole thing.

Weird... In the instructions that came with the printer. It is said there to never open the blue latch once the heads are already primed. They said it will damage the head and will result into having to replace it with a new one.
