Discover a guided meditation designed to help you work through emotional pain in a gentle and compassionate way. No matter the type or intensity of your hurt, this meditation aims to assist you in acknowledging and processing it healthily. Without judgment, you'll observe your pain, gaining insight into its impact on your mind, emotions, and body. Additionally, you'll learn valuable tools to soothe and release tension associated with your hurt. The meditation begins around 3:00 minutes and lasts approximately 45 minutes. Feel free to customize the practice to create a safe and comfortable environment for yourself. Remember to be patient and kind to yourself throughout the process, as healing takes time. If needed, seek support from others.
Please know you are always welcome to adapt your practice in a way that feels comfortable, safe, and supportive for you. Remember there is no "wrong or right way" to practice. Invite it to be a 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺.

Again, I can't tell you enough how helpful your video meditations are. I have a painful chronic illness that is difficult enough to process emotionally, and recently had to go through a challenging surgery. So, lately, meeting the obstacles of simple daily living, working etc. have been difficult. So I've found it most helpful to have your talks playing in the background, because your voice, technique and content is just so soothing. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
