My fear of failure and not being perfect is holding me back from pursuing my dreams as I should. I hope this helps to break those chains of fear for me!

I have general anxiety....i live with it every single day fo over 25 years now....if only i could release it but the feeling of anxiety is sooooo strong. I will be listening to this meditation over and over and hope it will help me releasing this terrible feeling that sucks out every beautiful colors of life. Looking forward 4 more of these treausure meditations on this channel

I think that not enough people watch these videos. I've been having Anxiety attacks, Trouble sleeping and Eating for a few days now. I came across one of her older videos. It made me feel safe. Like I'm okay when away from home. That I have a Happy Place. And i want to thank her for that. She's helped me discover a side to myself where I can be at peace.

I have significant chronic pain. Every day. At some point during the day or evening the pain will become intolerable at which point I turn to one of your meditation talks. Since I discovered you, these have been key to my ability to relax around the pain and reduce my resistance and finally get some relief that medication simply does not provide. Thank you so much.

There is no greater barrier to my life and happiness than the fears and insecurities I have developed . They seem so fused with my inner being as to not be able to pull them or cast them aside. One can only hope that through meditations and other things we can lessen the noose.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I definitely understand how fears and insecurities can feel deeply ingrained, making them hard to overcome. Tara Brach’s RAIN practice might be helpful in gently working through these thoughts and emotions. Additionally, integrating newer wisdom on nervous system regulation and somatic practices for managing anxiety could offer further support. I've had to learn how to deprogram some of my "systems" with these tools and the have been helpful. It’s a journey, and I’m glad the meditation could be part of it. Wishing you peace and strength as you continue.

An amazing deep meditation...calm and reassuring and so much more...thank you Katie, from my heart. It's the first of many guided meditations I've tried that felt right and genuinely meaningful. It gets to the heart of acknowledging fear and anxiety, in my case that I've accumulated and carried over many years. This can happen so easily when getting though a series of traumatic events and is compounded by the current health crisis. I felt tears of release flowing automatically when all this was acknowledged. What you might take from this meditation is up to the individual, but it will calm you and lessen your anxiety, particularly if you are living alone or in isolation. Wishing you well.

Fear resides from somwhere outside of ourselfs, you can't always blame self! Once you learn how to walk threw it, life is amazing because thier never should have been fear from the beggining, it serves people no use!

This does work, but it is so long and drawn out. Luckily I am experienced enough in listening to hypnosis so was able to stay with it. The actual visualisation didn't start until 19 minutes in. Lovely voice though.

Can you make a guided meditation for people tapering off benzodiazepines. You may want to do some research on the scary and sometimes debilitating withdrawal symptoms. And add in some mind over body healing of the gaba receptors that benzos damage. Thank you
