After watching this, I promptly put away my hacksaw, pliers, sledge hammer and driver. It might have been more fun to destroy it but also a lot more mess and work. I found the tabs, we'll see if it works! Thanks a bunch duuude

I’ve removed the back of my recliner easily. Now I need to remove the arm rests. Basically the chair came in 4 parts: the seat, the back, the left arm rest, and the right armrest. I would think the arm rests would have something similar to the back to remove them since they slid into brackets just like the back did.

Extra tip if you can’t do it with just your hands, pull the tab out one at a time and put a pencil in to hold and just pull up.
