Hey, no problem! What about buying a condo? Get you some equity instead of throwing money away on rent? It’s a good life here, I’ll be honest I don’t work with rentals. I kinda stay away from property management. Renting in WA sucks. Like the want the moon and the stars just to be a half assed landlord in most cases.

The prices for these homes are ridiculous. I know it's bad all over the country, but that's insane. The average salary in wa is 70k a year. Good luck, everyone, lol.

Olympia is actually one of the more reasonable areas. Homes around the 500s. The national average is now 419k. Yes, it’s still expensive but compared to Seattle, Bellevue ect you can get a good deal. Unfortunately, we have to adjust our expectations to the current market.

Oh, I don't disagree. I know it's more affordable than other areas in WA. But im sure they also don't pay seattle salary in Olympia. It's ridiculous all over the country, no middle class family could afford it at this rate. It's a nationwide issue at this point.

My friends have houses in Seattle that are tiny (under 900 sq.ft) and they are worth about a million dollars. That is insane!!! The average house in Bellevue is almost $900K. I feel bad for the younger generation like my grown kids. It's so hard to have that dream of owning a home. BTW... I really enjoy your videos!
