If start learning French now it’s takes almost 1.5 year to reach B2 level , French category still remain in demand till end of 2026 and in 2027 ?
@Moving2Canadainfo15 сағат бұрын
The Immigration Levels Plan (2025-2027) emphasizes French-speaking candidates, so learning French is a smart move. But as more people recognize its value, competition will likely increase. Also keep in mind, these priorities could shift if a new government comes into power. So while French can boost your chances for Express Entry, it’s also wise to explore other ways to strengthen your profile. We have a couple suggestions found in our article here: moving2canada.com/immigration/express-entry/crs-score/how-to-improve-your-crs-score/ Also worth sharing are the ways French can help you immigration to Canada found below: moving2canada.com/immigration/how-french-can-help-you-immigrate-to-canada/ Still, reaching B2 could still unlock great opportunities 🇨🇦 Bonne chance! 😊

Just a correction on the 10:29 part, French draws were lesser with even higher cutoffs in 2023 (ranging to even 490..). So, it is natural for cutoffs to increase towards the end of the year. This is exactly what happened in 2023 too. I think French will be very suitable and easier (cutoff wise) for years to come since a lot of people get demotivated/have responsibilities/age out that reduces points etc. French will have low cutoffs for years to come in my opinion. Just that cutoffs usually rise as the year closes in.
@Moving2Canadainfo3 күн бұрын
Thank you for pointing that out and sharing your insight! 🙌 You’re right-French draws did see higher cutoffs toward the end of 2023. It’ll be interesting to see how future draws evolve and if these patterns continue. Thanks again! 😊

@@Moving2Canadainfo No issues :) Nice video! French is a great way to increase points. A lot of prospective immigrants are not able to get CLB 7 in French tests so the demand doesn't increase that much.

Hey! I have a question. What if I don’t know any French? Is it possible for me to improve French intensively within 7-8 months.
@DavidLu-m3n2 күн бұрын
Thank you! Would be helpful to know your perspective.
@Moving2Canadainfo15 сағат бұрын
It’s doable... but learning a new language intensively in 7-8 months will require consistent effort, focused practice, and immersion where possible. Tools like language apps, online courses, and practicing with native speakers can help speed up the process. You’ve got this! 😊

Hey, that CRS score looks solid! 👏 Just curious-what Express Entry programs did you qualify for? With a score in the 500+ range, you’re in a better position than most, and small improvements can make a big difference in your ranking. For ways to boost your CRS score, check out: moving2canada.com/immigration/express-entry/crs-score/how-to-improve-your-crs-score/ Fingers crossed you get an ITA this year🤞

@ But to be a newcomer you have to be IN Canada, and it’s impossible to move there without a job, so how can I get Canadian work experience if I can’t move there? I feel like I’ve read every webpage about Canadian immigration and visas and there is no option that will get me there, despite my partner and I having degrees and him being in a well paid job.
