If a song sounds this good I guess it really doesn't matter if you know what they're saying (which I don't).

[Japanese to English translation] I was born in the 80’s: exactly in the midst of the 80’s. At that time I was just a little kid or grandchild if you like. I didn’t have any interest in my future. It’s serious. Are you serious? Yeah, totally. At that time Abbey Road, Plura and Rolling Stones were on the record player till I left my sweet home. But now on the player are Evert Taube, Dylan, Common and The Wailing Souls; where are their inspiration coming from? Baby, people call me “old-school” like Frank and Sammy Davis, singing in the rain like Jean Kelly. I don’t wanna believe it, but they say the past was much better than the present. Baby, people call me “old-school” like Frank and Sammy Davis, singing in the rain like Jean Kelly. I don’t wanna believe it, but they say the past was much better than the present. I’m not that kind of a guy who wants to rewind back to that age but… What are the shoes still black at 6 p.m.? I spent half the money I got on sneakers; the rest did I put in a mattress because I was worried I might get poor. That being said, if that day comes for real, I’ll find nothing in it. Even if grandpas and grandmas dreamed of Jerry Lee or lost money on illegal lottery, their houses might be caught on fire: they are just examples, though. Call fire department, call the police, lawyers are like OMG. They might fail to see the replay. 0011 Napoleon Solo, Simon and Garfunkel: I was raised up with The A-Team, Airwolf and MacGyver because the elders told me everything was so awesome, even the weathers, in the past. Just a dream; the “real past” wasn’t like that, but grandmas, don’t worry. “Grow up”, “Cut your hair and get employed”, and “don’t act like James Brown.” But the past was just like the present, wasn’t it? Even for young mothers and fathers or for the 69-years-old in the Woodstock’s 70’s. It’s just a thought, though. The past was just like the present, wasn’t it? Baby, people call me “old-school” like Frank and Sammy Davis, singing in the rain like Jean Kelly. I don’t wanna believe it, but they say the past was much better than the present. Loved these guys since I saw them on colbert - have every album and haven't been disappointed yet. Even if you don't understand swedish, music is the only true international language and Movits speaks it very well.
