Contact Rowmo they can tell you what you are doing wrong or if mower is defective they will send you another one. The only thing I have is occasional boundary wire break. The mower works great when you have it set up correctly.

I followed the directions completely so either the directions are incorrect or the mower was defective. I threw it in the dumpster shortly after making the review.
