This is an excerpt from a video in the early 1990's directly from Grandmaster Moy Yat. As many of you know, he was one of the closest disciples of Grandmaster Yip Man, the venerable teacher of Bruce Lee.
In this video Grandmaster Moy Yat conveys succinctly the concept of becoming good at kung Fu.
You will notice my mark with my chop at the beginning and the end of the video. This is a very special mark from a blush stroke in Zen. It has no intrinsic meaning. It is there to remind us that "our kung fu is what we make it".
On a more abstract level, it is for everyone to realize also that " your life is what you make it."
