Hello how can I save a user defined follow mode? I set to roll follow mode but it locks the yaw. When I enable the yaw and save parameters it works. Once I come back to roll follow mode it resets and the yaw is locked again. Any way I can save custom follow mode?

Hi, is the moza aircross a good gimbal, i ve heard a lot of bad things about the brand like some massive jitter or shaking heavily after firmware update, is this gimbal highly recommend since it is cheaper thand the zhiyun?

I stopped to use Moza gimbals, customer support is not professional and their new gimbal models are not an improvement of their previous products (new models are less portable and more heavy!) i am currently testing Accsoon gimbals, they kept a simple and portable with powerful motors to hold heavy setups, i recommend to check the Accsoon a1s

moza air had 3,2 kg payload, moza aircross 1,8 kg, moza air beats the crane 2 everywhere, works more smooth, come with a very cool doual handle, professional motion timelapse, the new features you can see on this video and is cheaper, for me Gudsen is an upgrade from Zhiyun and the price is very similar or cheaper, you can see more sample footage to check who smooth it works

Your videos are very helpful. thanks....just got my aircross. was a bit of a challenge to set it up. Are the apps different on the aircross and the air? I noticed in your time lapse video the settings had more options. For example you can set the frame rate.

is the same, the only difference from air to aircross is the payload , (aircross payload is 1800gr, air payload is 3,2 kg) app is the same and features the same for both gimbals

Now I’m using sony a7s + fe 24-70 with this gimbal that I’ve recently bought. It works almost nicely except when I try some directions where the camera pointing up and I hear an increasing noise from the motor. At the beginning, I thought it’s because I hadn’t balanced it quite well or because the camera is little bit heavy. Is that really the reason? And is the noise from the vibration of motor affect itself?

Alex Timelapse the total payload for that camera + len is about 1.1kg, while the maximum payload is still 1.8kg, maybe that's my bad balance, but my question is whether I need to worry when hear the sound from the motor when moving the camera along some angles? Or that sound is normal for any gimbal? Sorry, because this is the first time I use gimbal?

I have the same problem if I use Arca swiss plate. Gimbal is perfectly balance and in some movements it makes those motor vibrations

make sure you set the right payload, check if your camera is selected from your phone app, make autotunning (to auto check the right payload for your camera) , you can use the lens holder, that included accesory witht Y shape, to hold the lens, with some bit lens you fix vibrations problem

I think the problem is when I calibrate the gimbal with a Light camera setup (a6500+sel35 or sel1018). Maybe a firmware issue.. I don't know

This company is a joke, after sales, customer service, they had a very low level team of people "taking care" of the product, clients , this company is a joke, i had to stop to support them , since they never try to fix their internal problems, i just get many messages every day of people complaining , i feel this company is not professional and is a pain on the ass for their clients

Well that sucks. The Aircross just went on sale too. I have the 1st Zhiyun Crane, but am liking the features on Moza. Was thinking about picking one up, as I'm not really sold on the Ronin S or Crane 2. Might have to do a little more research now. I'm sorry to hear this.
