This is an elegant performance and Madame Equilbey's interpretation seems to accentuate the masonic influence on Mozart's Requiem. Superb soloists, too.

This grandiose monument is so imposing we cannot have an objective appreciation, but in one aspect: is the interpretation faithfull to the score and to Mozart's soul, or not? It is, in my modest opinion.

To the soul? Yes, definitely. To the score? Not so sure. Mozart left little to no annotations on his scores. You can only wonder how he would have conducted it himself.

Quelle triste version sèche et sans âme. Aucune passion et des solistes totalement inadaptés avec des voix blanches. On dirait que la dynamique a été "lissée" à la console.

Quelle pauvre version d'une telle œuvre de MOZART. Ni Ame, ni profondeur, ni passion, ni émotion, quant au rythme...Désolée d'être impitoyable mais Merde c'est MOZART
