One thing we all got in common from many years ago to the present day, we all went to the pub.

Leeds has never had agood fish market unlike the cities of Manchester and Liverpool, this is why Leeds nothwithstanding its NewShiny Southside and airof false prosperity is still second rate .An appreciation of fresh fish lustrous and well displayed on a bed of clean ice is a-joy to behold, second rate fish leads to surliness and laziness, prevalent in this City of shame..Leedsshopgirls are rude shopping has never been a pleasure “ Loiners Loiners eat more fish insist that it be fresh!!!!”

You quite clearly have never been in Leeds market then and I very much doubt from your comment Leeds itself. For decades there were early morning trains delivering fish from the East coast every day of the week into Leeds for the fish market. You sound like a bitter Lancastrian looking with envy over the Pennines at England's number two city for Financial and legal services.
