Lawyers in this case are all idiots sorry to say ... Didnt do any research. Any POS machine does not transfer directly into the account of the owner. There is a consolidation of funds into an escrow of the POS company which then is settled into the account of the business owner.. Settlement happens generally on T+1 days .. Here the 8-8-2022 transaction settled on 10th because 9th was a public holiday on account of Muharram ... Simply without research confused the Hon'ble Judge also 😂😅
