I went thru an ugly divorce 3yrs ago, I remember praying every day to God for him to come back... One day when I was praying a very loud voice asked me are you ready for what you are asking for I couldn't answer but deep down I knew I was not ready for him to come back because of the emotional abuse I had enjured I stopped crying, from that day I stopped praying for my ex to come back . The blessing have been too much since that day I don't lack anything. I am not in a hurry to date but I have a strong feeling my new husband is on the way.

How profound!! this video is a GEM! what I took from it: 1. Understand your God and you will understand what He requires of you. 2. Let go of what your success will look like, don't tie it down to one thing! 3. The men in the parable understood that their talents/bag of gold did not belong to them and returned it to the master. Your gift is not your own, yes it will empower you in many ways, but it is God, and everything ultimately has to give Him all the praise.

Am in tears. Thank you for this message. It is so timely. I graduated with a masters from Japan, came back home with a new born baby and corona hit us and jobs were not opening up. I was so sad most of the time and I kept asking God to give me a job and a good nanny. 1 year 1 month later after graduation, I got a job and had to make arrangements for a nanny. Yoh...I wasn’t ready for this. I have 3 days to train the nanny and report to work. It’s not easy seeing the baby cry while I let the nanny do things for her 😭😭😭😭😭. This message has reminded me of how great our God is and my takeaway is to know Gods character so that I can know what he expects from me in this new job( government job) and how I will serve my fellow citizens well. I went back and re-read the passage and my revelation was found in Matthew 25:15, we value increase and “more” so much more than excellence - which is what the master expects from us because that’s His character however; society has made us believe that success is “more” - I want to be the guy with 5 talents vs excellence - having 2 is just as good as having 5 if you do it well.
