IMHO it depends what you are looking for, Salt is the better film but if you're look for some fun switch your brain off, entertainment, Tomb Raider isn't bad especially as it is a video game movie and we all know how hot and cold that genre is.

A great movie. I saw this movie in a theater on an Army base. The entire theater was filed with soldiers and it was unlike anything you've ever experienced. The gallows humor of soldiers made this movie absolutely hysterical. The scene where Brad is kicking her behind the couch had people busting a gut, but when she kicked him in the balls, everyone just about fell out of their seats.

I really enjoyed how different their styles are when they both have to kill the same guy. She sets up this highly precise trap for the victim, thinks through every single step and he just rushes in with a car, while listening to his favourite music :D And yet, they're both effective. No one is shown to be stronger than the other.

This is one of the very best movies ever. The action scenes, the chemistry, the climax are some of the best bar none. Ya know they were married in real life back in the day. During that time I saw Angie interviewed leaving an award show (maybe it was the Oscars). The reporter asked her what was the most exciting part of the night. For an instant Angie looked at her as if to say she was bored the whole time. Then her demeanor changed and she said with a smile, "Oh honey ... I'm going home with Brad Pitt. The most exciting part of the evening is yet to come..."

i didnt realize how much they underwrote Brad's character in the movie compared to Angies. It really did come across that he's a himbo and she's the more competent assassin. I would have liked more balance in terms of their success

Hi Jen, the tomb raider films are fun, I think you would enjoy them. If you have not reacted to /seen them yet, I would also recommend (Wanted 2008, Salt 2010 & The Tourist 2010). All Angelina movies, the first also has J. McAvoy, M. Freeman, C. Pratt in & the latter has J. Depp.

I like the Tomb Raid series, that Jolie did, the director stated that he wrote the entire script with her in mind. I love that look at 21:03 she definitely wants him to pursue her. Then in the Third act once they get in sync with each other, there like this unstoppable couple.

I actually like the first Tomb Raider movie, it doesn't really keep true to the game and the storyline doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but it's pretty fun to watch imo. However, a really good Angelina Jolie action film I highly recommend giving a watch is the movie Salt. It's actually pretty good and has a good amount of Angelina Jolie action in it.

Ok this is the funniest review I've seen on your channel so far. I don't know if you do your own editing or you have someone do it but all the side jokes, scoring system, and one liners had me cracking up. I love that you picked up on the similarity with Butch Cassidy, and you were right to be nervous. This movie was directed by Doug Liman. He's a really good director you should check out his other movies. My wife and I both love this movie. I have asked many people what they thought and I have found that people who are in long relationships love this movie. People who haven't had long relationships. Don't understand the angst that you can have in a relationship. It appears love really is a battlefield.
