dope we use to just do pms now we do deeper ones. including full on carpet cleaning moving beds couches everything gets cleaned, filters get changed even if they look clean, sink traps cleared, caulk job, etc. basicaly we were carpenters for half the week. spackle and paint

Well we usually replace them because we don’t have to much time to repair unless is a broken knob or something easy.

I hope you use different types of caulk depending on location. Silicone for bathrooms, acrylic for other spots

Man being a maintenance man for a Arab owned hotel sucks I'm grossly under paid I am a licensed electrician that's on layoff they are cheap don't want to pay for materials rooms have roaches and bed bugs lots of electrical stuff not to code.
