Read online they want to do one last album (dedicated to Pat) with Pat's favorite drummers in his stead and then they are hanging it up as Mr Big. Really a testament to the integrity of the band and their lifelong friendships. Mr Big will always easily be in my top 5 favorite bands.

Just got done hearing some folks voice their opinions that they weren't happy with this album in terms of the mastering ( it appears Frontiers pushed the band to quickly master the album which resulted in a less than ideal sound for the complete album ). But for me, this album is one of the band's greatest. This song alone has helped me through some VERY dark moments in life. I'm super sad that Pat is gone physically. But, I can watch this video and see him smiling while dealing with Parkinson's ( in a good way, Pat will always be immortal through the music ). Maybe that is the greatest message from this album: No matter the circumstances, no matter how hard the fighting gets in battling our demons or our ailments, we simply keep fighting the odds against us until things change for the better or we die trying. A good message to keep us all moving forward, no matter what.

entoone interesting what you said there about paul. I saw him in a guitar clinic in the UK recently. Only about 100-200 people in small venue. Queued up for a photo and hoped for quick chat but he barely looked at anyone, didn't chat and his roadie tried to stop my mate taking a photo.(there was a professional photographer there and I guess you'd have to download a photo from a website). Enjoyed the performance but felt deflated when everyone says how friendly paul supposedly is.
@entoone7 жыл бұрын
I know they are busy guys and new album out and all, but I would think they would appreciate the fans that got them where they are and keep them on the map. I think Eric and Pat are awesome and really thought Paul would be different and more open to talk and hang out a bit. Was very short and direct and he was gone, Billy did the same thing. Eric hung out for like 20 mins and was a blast! - Stress of the road I guess. Maybe it's all coming to an end for them? Seems some in the band have their eyes elsewhere.

To those few people making ignorant comments about band members, I'm sorry your life is just that pathetic. Pat's amazing attitude and bravery, along with the support he has from his musical brothers is an inspiration and such a beautiful thing. And, for anyone confused about Eric, hopefully you can sleep well at night knowing he still loves women. And for the record, they still love him.
