And you have to believe me go in a monestary made by wood, you really feel bllesed & so relaxed. I started to cry in one with no reason. Just entered & started to cry. This is not a church this is a monastery , peacefull, full of good vibes. 😊

Bukovina in Serbian means wooden planks made of beech. Obviously, that part of Romania is inhabited by the Slavic population.

@@alexandrupatru2892 Why are all the old churches written in Cyrillic? Where do these place names come from in Serbian?
@alexandrupatru289211 ай бұрын
@@SrdjanBasaric-w2sSimple, some guy named Emperor Michael III the Drunkard sent a Byzantine born Greek scholar on a mission. Guy was named Cyril. Him and another dude worked on creating an alphabet based on the Latin one to make people in Bulgaria understand the Greeks and the surrounding nations. They failed. No one understands Greek. But some countries near Bulgaria adopted that alphabet and replaced the Latin one. They still used their language, but wrote it in different letters, cause that was trending at the time, since the New Roman Empire was Byzantium now and these countries were Christian.
