Very well educated and articulate man just like my grandfather and many others who were educated during that time. My grandfather attended school and university during 1930s and early 40s. One thing he used to tell us was that the quality of education was very high during British era, though very few Indians attended University during that time but those who did had very high level of articulation, Intelligence and IQ. Many of the books and novels my grandfather studied during his school time are now taught at college for English honours program. Trying not to sound like a smartass but have you heard of the British Navy? I’m pretty sure it’s bigger and stronger than the Indian navy. Extra info for some people, imagine the Indian marines/army sailing to Portugal,Gibraltar or mainland Britain, would you expect the Indian navy to beat the British and with NATO siding against India?
