Wonderful experience, relation matter a lot wethere this is in family, society or in industry. One who understand his roles and responsibility he will be perfect. Always remember handling machine is easy but handling man is challenge you will learn practicing same minute by minute. I mean to say every day makes you qualified be calm, learn patience hearing and enrich your knowledge and apply sensibly. Great sir, you should have shared your case study how we have been disciplining our non manegerial by practicing disciplinary process and have healthy communication. If Management Committment fails again & again, then it is very difficult for HR/IR Managers also to initiate disciplinary actions against the indisciplined employees. Those indisciplined employee will finger point on HR/IR Manager then.

Yes, if Management Committment fails, IR issue will definitely come. First time employees may manage themselves. But, employee-employer relation may not be good enough, if Management Committment to employees will fail again & again. It results indiscipline & disappointment among employees, poor productivity, etc

HR/IR Manager job is not easy. They don't deal with Machines. HR/IR Manager deal with people of different different mentalities and act accordingly.
