Also, in XY, I think one of the Team Flare admins refers the ultimate weapon by saying something like ‘the poisonous flower has bloomed!’ The design of that flowery-shaped ultimate weapon and the design of Glimmora are so strikingly similar. If anything, Glimmora is easily one of the most intriguing Pokémon to come out from Gen 9.

Thing is so mysterious. Like you can only find Glimmora in Area Zero and their appearance is so striking. When the games had first come out I saw a streamer do a Tera Raid battle and someone used one and I thought "Whoa is that a Legendary or something?" Then when I was trying to find the Psuedo only knowing where to find it but not what it was I found Glimmet and got all excited hoping that that was it. Such an interesting Pokémon. Easily one of my faves

Yeah, Glimmora was a top favorite of mine as soon as I saw it because I had no clue what it was even supposed to BE. As in, it’s a flower, but it’s Poison/Rock, and has themes of carnivorous sea sponges or onions- why???? What does it mean???? I have no clue, and that’s great! It’s just a thing that exists in some secretive life when it’s not busy vomiting spikes online or parasitizing on Tera energy!

I like to think that it is strong against dark (evil) fighting (heroic) and dragon (achent power) types, not just cuz it's funny for girly fairies to beat all those, but they are also clever and deceptive tricksters, all those types kinda rely on brute force so a trickster would beat them, and even dark types who can also be tricksters, they usually look scary so they aren't as good in deception as cute fairies.
